Picture: SIMON DEAN Jesse Phillips A WOMAN'S decomposing body was found by a walker inside a bag in bushland at Garigal National Park at Killarney Heights. Yesterday afternoon Northern Beaches Police duty officer Graeme Pickering said the death was being treated as suspicious. The woman appeared to be in her late 40s or 50s, Insp Pickering said, and the body appeared to have been in the bush ''for some time -- for a number of weeks.'' The body was found about 5pm on Tuesday by Killarney Heights resident Brett Spinks, who said he came across a ''light- tan nylon'' bag in the middle of a walking track, heading towards the Roseville Bridge. Mr Spinks said he walked the track three to four times a week but the last time he walked it, on Sunday, there had been no sign of the bag. ''I left my house and walked down Downpatrick Rd on to the bush track, turned right towards the Roseville Bridge and about 500m further along, where there's a junction with a stream that's always running, there was a light-tan nylon bag lying across the path,'' Mr Spinks said.
